12 Feb Emerge Media Awards 2021 Introduction

Hello! Let me introduce myself — my name is Matthew Chong, and I am a journalism student at the University of Guelph-Humber. For the next couple of months, I’ll be keeping you up to date on the Emerge Media Awards and taking a look at what some past EMAs winners have been up to.  

The deadline to submit your work to the 2021 awards is THIS Sunday, Feb. 14, at 11:59 p.m. Just a reminder, submissions must have been produced between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 2020, in order to be eligible. 

I’d also like to thank the judges who will be reviewing your work – industry professionals and media instructors from post-secondary institutions across Canada.
